A Few Things I Have Learned

That’s totally acceptable for them and is what makes them happy, but you by no means have to adopt the same routine. Sometimes keeping it simple works.
  2. Consistency is more important than being perfect with your skin care. If you use sunscreen nearly every day versus using it perfectly for a week and then stopping for the remaining 3 weeks, you are going to have healthier and better-looking skin by using that sunscreen most days.
  3. Taking care of your skin shouldn’t be difficult work for you. If you have an extremely complicated skin care routine and start to dread applying it before bed, simplify it. A very simple 10-step skin care routine that you perform daily is always going to be better than a very elaborate 10-step skin care routine that you perform once weekly.
